Today's guest is Kayla Vander Molen, Pre-Apprenticeship Instructor at International Brotherhood of Boilermakers. Kayla initially started her career in Fashion Design but fell in love with welding when she struck her first arc. Kayla took a chance of moving to Alberta to further her career in welding and when she looked at all the different unions, the Boilermakers left the best impression and knew that was the future she wanted.
